There is no need to have gluten in the diet. It is not an essential nutrient required for robust health.

I gave up gluten for a while and it did help with my inflammation then I read about it and decided i best go back to eating gluten.
After reading this article im having doubts again. Is there any truth to what i read about needing gluten in our diet. Is it any good for anyone?
