I bought the inflammation bundle. Using it after just a few days I felt so good! My stomach felt so light, for the first time that I can remember since my whole life!
I was born with gluten , dairy and soy problems. The doctor said I would grow out of it. But I didn’t. So there has been many years of eating what ever before I started to get so deathly sick I physically couldn’t function. It took all I could do just to get out of bed. I was so swollen and in pain all over. Had a lot of testing done to figure out what was wrong and everything was negative. But in a gallbladder test they found the gluten, dairy and soy issues. So I’ve been doing an aip paleo food plan. But it seems like different foods don’t agree with me. So the inflammation bundle made a big difference. And I have a copy of your book. No grain no pain. That’s a blessing to have.

Both are excellent. In my opinion, both are essential during any flu season.
