I have abdominal pain since last November . Ttg iga test shows as 25 . Celiac biopsy and colonoscopy was normal . Hence celiac was ruled out . However , the pain persists even when I avoid gluten food .severe diarrrhoea everyday .and anxiety What do I do .

Hello!! 4 years ago I developed a necrotic bowel cause from blood clots. I love 5 feet of small intestine. I’ve had chronic nausea/vomiting/diarrhea. Over the last year my symptoms have become much worse. Let me also tell you that I am a 6 year cancer survivor. 2 years ago I was admitted to the hospital for shingles and found out I am immunodeficient and began infusions once a week to increase my immune system. I am also anemic and I have thyroid disease. And bile reflux. I have constant burning, cramping, n/v/d. My gut heath is very bad. I am in Agony every single day. But it feels like no matter what I eat it feels this way. Any suggestions?

Hello: Dr Osborne I have been having an urgency to go to the bathroom for quite sometime and I also get mouth sores frequently. My bowel movements go from normal one day to skinny the next, for no reason. I’m not sure what is causing the mouth sores. I also have bone on bone in my knees that causes a lot of pain. Do you believe that alit of these health issues could be caused be gluten and if so what can I do. I can’t afford to get testing. Thank You

Hi Dr. Osborne,
If I go gluten free including all grains do you think I will develop an intolerance towards them?
My GI is not my problem, but I have been having this tingling and numbness in my extremities for 4 years now, and doctors can’t fine the solution or possible diagnosis. I do have the MTHFR gene, and I tried B12 shots and a lot other supplements, but with not luck.
Your advice will be greatly appreciate it.
