When they eat wheat they get stinky gas and diarreah within 24 hrs of ingesting. When they occassionally ingest wheat duet to being away from home (like at a bday party or situations I can’t control 100% what they eat) I give them one capsule of Gluten Shield before the meal and that helps them to digest the wheat better and they don’t get the diarreah/gas.
