As someone with a gluten and corn allergy Dr Osbornes L-Glutamine supplement has been amazing in helping with my leaky gut. No nasty corn excipients. I recommend all of Dr Osborne supplements that I ship to Australia.

Have not been taking regularly yet, but it seems to agree with me. I imagine it will take time to heal my gut so I will continue to use.
