I have been taking Hist-Assist for several years now. It doesn’t get rid of all symptoms, but it is better than anything else I have ever tried. My symptoms are nothing like they used to be. I am a life king user.

Host-Assist is excellent! My husband suffers from allergies and asma. His doctor told him that he’s allergic to the planet. Well I ordered Hist-Assist to see if it would help him stay away from all the steroids that he needed and it worked at relieving his symptoms. He is breathing much easier without the drugs. I use it also for food allergies. It doesn’t get rid of them but if I ingest something and I breakout, I feel better fast. It stops congestion. Thank you Dr Osborne!

Found Dr Osborne’s gluten free society on a middle of the night prayer & holy grail! I’m so grateful for his pursuit of truth and education for all. Hist Assist is my game changer. I’m also 2 months into eating gluten & dairy free, low-histamine, & exploring my FODMAP triggers. Also was able to stop! daily flonase & Zyrtec (a task I had failed at several times times prior) thanks to Hist Assist & ultra sinus support. Grateful to have also found his post about histamine intolerance because I check just about all the boxes. Likely owing to the fact that daily use of antihistamines for 16 years. Shaking my head. Don’t get me started on the failed wealthcare system in this country. I’ve seen several doctors in 2 states and they’ve told me to take antihistamines. Because of Dr Osborne, I now know histamine is a) an important neurotransmitter & b) suppressing it is not the way! I’m empowered.

Hist Assist has really helped my seasonal allergies calm down a great deal. I’m on my second bottle. Have not had any side effects and have not had to take sinus meds this spring.

I use this product to help with my mcas. I feel like it helps keep my symptoms at bay.

This time of year now days the pollen or whatever hits me hard. My sinuses get super inflamed. I was constantly irrigating my nose, but the relief was limited. So glad I found this product. It helps considerably, although when I tried the loading dose, it did a number on my bowels.

This product is great for my histamine issues with mcas, and it is the best price that I have found for the quality.
