I am taking Co-Q10 for heart health and because I have had high B/P. Besides trying to be true gluten free, dairy free, and eat organic foods as much as possible. I exercise at a GYM four to five times a week, walk 30-40 minutes at least once a day many days twice . I have been working on improving sleep, wear a mouth guard for snoring. B/P is now good and stable. An irregular heart beat has cleared. Not sure I can give all the credit to CoQ10 but I am sure it is working together with all the other good things I am doing. I like that I don’t have to worry about “fillers”.
