I use this because it is in the recipe for the smoothie I use. I don’t have an opinion good or bad, it just goes in there and I drink it down with my smoothie

This powder is full proof! The taste is lacking but I give this powder full credit of giving me back energy and keeping my immune system strong!

Have used it daily in my morning smoothie. I have more energy. It is pleasant tasting. The best one I have found. I appreciate Dr. Osbourn’s products because I know I am not getting any gluten.

I have been adding the Ultra Food VF to my daily protein shake made with Ultra Pure Protein for a long time now. It tastes delicious, and I like knowing that it is Gluten Free and doesn’t contain any of the “grasses” that most other greens powders contain. especially alfalfa, which I am allergic to. Also love that is has added fiber and Glucoraphanin
(from Broccoli. Thanks for making sich a great greens powder 🙂

I have IBS and consequently I moderate my cruciferous vegetable intake plus I note it has inulin. Do you think the amounts contained in this product would be low enough to be beneficial rather than causing a world of pain?
