I really like this product. I had been taking Acetyl L-Carnitine for quite a while (10+ years), but my Nutritional Deficiencies Test indicated I was borderline low in L-Carnitine. I noticed a difference right away (more energy) when I started taking this product. I’ve been taking 1000 mg daily. (I tried searching for this product elsewhere to save a little money but had trouble finding the non-Acetyl version without hydroxypropyl methylcellulose in the ingredient list. (HPMC is defined as a “synthetic, inert, viscoelastic polymer”.) Knowing that Osborne’s product is free of synthetics and is gluten-free made the decision easy.
